Return/Exchange

-We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
-Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of shoes are darker or lighter thanpictured,shoes do not fit.
-Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent, factory defect on shoes,mistake by us..
-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO exceptions.if you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
-Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of recieving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes.
-If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
